Action Plans

Build Action Plan - By registering your Organization, your email address and password will then give you access to all of the Action Plan work areas.

Update Action Plan - Within the work area, you can develop your plan, view, edit and save before making the decision to have it go live on the ACTive website.

Evaluate Action Plan - Once you have implemented your Action Plan, you can use this section to enter comments regarding lessons learned or results.

View Directory of Action Plans - Search "Live" plans submitted by any organization, including your own.
