NOMINATION PROCESS

Please note the following:

• You need to ensure that all submission requirements are met.
• Nominations must be completed and submitted before Friday, March 18, 2011.
• The Selection Committee will not consider incomplete and/or late nominations.

Format requirements:

• All submissions must be on 8.5” x 11” paper, one sided, typed in 12 pt, Times New Roman font.
• Nomination package must not exceed seven pages,

Completed nomination packages must be submitted by 4:00 pm (EST) on Friday, March 18, 2011.
