Application Process

IMPORTANT: Applications will only be accepted between April 2, 2012 and May 31, 2012. Any applications received before or after these dates will not be considered.

Do not send photographs or any other additional materials, as they will not be considered by the Selection Committee. Any information the individual finds relevant should be expressed in their application. Please do not send a letter of support with your application. You will only be asked to do so if you have been shortlisted by CAAWS.

Due to the volume of applications anticipated, CAAWS will not be able to respond to inquiries regarding the status of your application and/or whether your application fits the criteria. Only applicants who are shortlisted or selected as recipients will receive notification regarding the status of their application.

SHORTLIST APPLICATIONS
After thorough review of all applications received, CAAWS will narrow down the applicant pool to a shortlist of 15 potential candidates. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. These candidates will be required to submit a letter of support from one of the references mentioned in order to be considered for the scholarship. The letter of support must be provided according to the parameters outlined and within the timelines established by CAAWS.

SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS
Scholarship recipients must provide a photo or logo for posting on the CAAWS website.
