APPLICATION PROCESS

How to submit your scholarship application:

Review the criteria and application process information and complete your submission package. Application packages are to be received at the CAAWS office no later than May 31, 2009.

Nominations will be reviewed for completeness. Only complete packages will be forwarded to the Stacey Levitt Women and Sport Scholarship Selection committee, who carefully review, adjudicate and recommend scholarship recipients.

Please Note: Scholarship Recipients will be announced in September 2009.

Successful candidates will be contacted via e-mail or telephone.
