Tiffany Cruickshanks - Rythmic Gymnastics

Tiffany Cruickshanks is truly a star. At eleven years old, she has been involved in rhythmic gymnastics for four years and has loved every second of it!

Tiffany is a member of the Rhythmic Inspirations team from Halifax, Nova Scotia.

akasane designShe is currently competing in the novice national category, training three sessions per week. Her goal for this year is to qualify for and compete at the Eastern Regionals in Quebec. Already, Tiffany has had a lot of success in her sport.

In 1999, Tiffany became the Provincial Champion in her level and then went on to become the Atlantic Champion at the Atlantic Championships. More than any medals Tiffany has won she is considered to be the "life of the gym" by her coaches. She carries a determination with her that is unique.

When asked about why she does rhythmic gymnastics, she says, "To have fun and do my best!" Tiffany has been faced with many obstacles, but she has never given up. The spirit and dedication of Tiffany Cruickshanks is really special. Her success and her aspirations truly make this young rhythmic gymnast a real "inspiration.

As one on Tiffany's coaches, I'd like to add that I have truly been blessed by having met this young lady. The smile she puts on my face when she performs and competes reminds me that anything is possible!
