Ringette
Association of Burlington
RAB offers girls in the Halton region of Ontario, Canada the opportunity
to play the fast-paced and exciting game of ringette. First developed
in Ontario in the 1960's and now played around the world, ringette
is a team sport played on ice skates. Players use straight sticks
to pass and shoot a rubber ring with the objective of scoring
on the opposing team's net, which is defended by a goalie.
