Gloucester Synchro provides both recreational and competitive synchro swimming opportunities. Swimmers as young as 6 years old may begin in our one-hour per week recreational program. Just For Girls Sports Camp
We are a city-run organization that provides recreational sports programmes for girls and women in the Ottawa region. Our girls summer sports camps provide girls aged 7-12 and 13-15 with opportunities to have positive sporting experiences through a number of activities, including soccer, volleyball, basketball, hip hop, track and field, and others. Our goal is to encourage girls and women to become involved in team activities and sport clinics. It is our hope that participants build confidence, have fun, and meet new friends. We focus on giving the girls skills through demonstrations, progressions, and an encouraging camp atmosphere. We also run beach volleyball on Monday and Wednesday afternoons at Mooney's Bay, and a hockey conditioning clinic at the end of August.
