DEALING WITH CONFLICT
Conflict, in its many forms, is an inevitable part of our
personal and professional lives. Handling conflict is one
of the biggest challenges managers and employees face. Left
unresolved, conflict can result in lowered morale, increased
absenteeism and decreased productivity. Effective leaders
understand the sources of conflict and have skills to help
prevent it, but when it happens, they also know how to manage
it.
