Nursing pads
During the first 4 to 6 weeks of breastfeeding, a woman’s breasts will be very full. In fact, they will be fuller than at any other time.
Nursing pads inside your bra will take up space after breastfeeding. As your breasts begin to fill again with milk, you can easily remove the nursing pads to make more room! If you find that your milk begins to flow when you hear a baby cry, you can also use nursing pads to help soak up milk from "leaking" breasts.
