Nutrition plays a major role in your recovery from pregnancy and childbirth. Restricting calories is not wise at this time regardless of if you have a regular or vegetarian diet or if you are a teen mom.
Proper Nutrition: the food you consume serve several purposes
Vegetarians: a vegetarian mom can continue with her vegetarian diet and still provide adequate nutrition to her baby
Teenage mothers: your body needs energy/calories to continue your growth and help you recover from your pregnancy
Snacking: eat a healthy snack after each breastfeeding!
