Shooting pain
Sharon Bowes, a four-time Olympian from Waterloo, Ont., finished tied for 26th in the women's 50-metre rifle competition. Bowes, who has posted four top-10 Olympic finishes in her career, compiled a score of 571 points.-September 20, 2000

Susan Nattrass is 49 years old, and she'll be going to her fourth Olympic Games in Sydney. Really, they are her Games.
