Olympic crash could put Montgomery out of 10,000 m
Carol Montgomery, Canada's top female triathlete, was sent headfirst into the pavement during a three-bike crash midway through the cycling portion of the Sydney triathlon. Carol Montgomery of North Vancouver and Sharon Donnelly of Kingston, Ont., lead the four-person team Triathlon Canada has nominated for the Sydney Games, where the sport will make its Olympic debut.
