Following the conclusion of the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, CBC Newsworld presents A FIGHTING CHANCE, Monday, Aug. 30 at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

A FIGHTING CHANCE looks at Canada's Olympic program and compares it with that of Australia, another Commonwealth nation. The documentary features interviews with athletes, coaches and sports officials who give their points of view and insights on the successes and failures of each country's system.

Hosted by CBC Sports' Brian Williams, A FIGHTING CHANCE is produced by Paul Harrington.
