Girls and School-Based Physical Activity
Promising Practices Submission Form
CAAWS and CAHPERD (the Canadian
Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation
and Dance) are collaborating on a new resource
to share school-based promising practices to increase
the physical activity of girls and young women.
We're looking for everything from course content
to evaluation strategies; inclusive intramurals
or extra-curricular programs to activity adaptations;
and administrative solutions to classroom or gym
management. We need stories from schools across
Canada, and in both urban and rural settings.
The final resource will be launched at the 2005
SPEA/CAHPERD Conference.
